Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered in the following situations:

  • Wrong item received
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Product lost in transit
  • Product significantly differs from the purchased description

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs or supporting evidence when applicable.

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

However, if a custom product arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from the approved design, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, templates, and design files are non-refundable once delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase if production has not started.

After production begins, cancellation requests may not be approved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary depending on PayPal, Stripe, banks, and payment providers.
